Do you offer financing?
Yes, we have a Rent-To-Own Program. We have buildings in every size with several options available to fit everyone’s budget.
Is there a deposit?
A 50% deposit is required at the time that a building is ordered. Upon delivery of your building the full balance is due payable by Money Order, Cash, Credit Card or Cashiers Check. Rent-To-Own customers are required to put a deposit down, which is equivalent to two monthly payments, before tax.
How long will it take for my building to be built?
If your building has been ordered and not purchased from our pre-built inventory, manufacturing can take one to two weeks.
Will my building be painted?
We offer painting as an add-on service, but your building comes primed and ready to paint.
When can I have my building delivered?
Buildings are delivered on a first come, first served basis. We make every attempt to deliver the buildings as quickly as possible. Buildings can’t be delivered, under any circumstance, in the rain or any other bad weather conditions per state law.
How are the buildings delivered?
Buildings are delivered with a rollback wrecker, the bed of the truck extends and the building is slid off from the rear of the truck and can’t be pushed, pulled, turned or slid sideways. The rollback needs a 15(W) x 15(H) x 45(L) clearance to delivery your building.
What do I need to do to prepare for delivery of my building?
The buyer shall be responsible for the building location being within property line and clear of any restrictions (trees, fences, ditches, utility line, septic tank line, etc.) and provide access to the building site for delivery. We ask that you have two locations for your building, just in case.
What is the charge for delivery?
Delivery is free up to 120 miles! Additional charges may apply for further distances. Call for more information.
What is the charge to set-up my building?
When the driver arrives, estimated set-up time is thirty minutes. If your building requires a special set-up, it may take longer. Additional set-up fees ($50.00 per hour) may be required. For buildings that are 8 feet to 16 feet in length, there is $100.00 charge if leveling over 16 inches is required and up to a maximum of 24 inches with the driver’s discretion. For buildings that are 20 feet to 28 feet in length, there is $150.00 charge if leveling over 8 inches is required and up to a maximum of 12 inches with the driver’s discretion.
Do you have a warranty?
Fountain Buildings warrants its workmanship for 2 years from the day the building is complete, if you seal/paint the building within 60 days of delivery. Upon completion of painting, please take pictures and mail them to us to activate your manufacturing warranty.
Are there any cancellation fees?
If for any reason the customer has to cancel an order before the building has been built, there will be a $50.00 administration fee. If the building is built and you cancel before delivery, there is a $175.00 cancellation fee. If the building is delivered and can’t be set-up for any reason beyond the driver’s control (clearance, height, width) and the purchase is cancelled, a restocking charge in the amount of $250.00 will be deducted from your deposit/payment. If the building is delivered and can’t be set-up and we have to return, there will be an additional charge to return to set your buildings.
